What devices are compatible with MEZR?
MEZR works with all iPhone models that have a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro and newer) as well as Android devices with compatible depth-sensing cameras. For optimal performance, we recommend using the latest iPhone Pro models.
How accurate are the measurements?
MEZR delivers millimeter-precise measurements using LiDAR technology. In optimal conditions, you can expect accuracy within 2mm over distances of up to 5 meters. Factors that can affect accuracy include lighting conditions, surface reflectivity, and distance from the object.
Can I export my measurements to other software?
Yes, MEZR allows you to export your measurements and 3D models in several formats, including CSV, PDF, OBJ, and STL. These exports can be imported into most CAD, estimation, and project management software.
Is there a limit to how many measurements I can store?
Free accounts can store up to 10 measurements. Premium and Pro accounts have unlimited measurement storage, with cloud synchronization across all your devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app or by contacting our support team. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Can multiple team members collaborate on measurements?
Yes, our Team and Business plans allow multiple users to access, edit, and comment on shared measurements. Each team member will need their own account, which can be managed through your team dashboard.
What if I need help with a specific measurement problem?

Is my data secure?
